What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form on this site we collect: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, who the coaching is for, your coaching interest, your current golf experience if you provide it, your goals or message, and your preferred availability if you provide it. For corporate or group inquiries we also collect the company or group name, estimated number of participants, and preferred date or timeframe, if you provide them.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, discuss coaching options, and arrange lessons or online coaching. We do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Inquiry details are stored in the private database of this website. They are not publicly accessible and are available only to TMPO staff who need them to reply to you. This site does not create student accounts, take payments or run a student portal.

Junior inquiries

For junior coaching we ask the parent or guardian to submit the form using their own contact details. We do not ask for a child's date of birth or any sensitive information through this website.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser may store preferences you choose, such as a saved form entry, but nothing is used to track you across other sites.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details while we are responding to you and for ongoing coaching communication. If you would like your details removed, send us a message through the contact form and mention privacy.

Changes

This policy may change as the website develops — for example when online coaching packages or a student portal are introduced. The current version will always be published on this page.
